go see a doctor.. thats not good... u have to learn to love yourself and like the way you are.

Get some help from an eating disorder center or talk to your doctor. Family and friend support is important too. I'm just overcoming anorexia and it's hard!

Try eating a lot of little meals a day instead of 3 big ones...gradually your stomach will get used to the food and you will be healthy again!!!

Get help. This is one thing you can't do alone.

Start slow and easy: Your stomach probably isn't used to having food in it.

Take your time eating. That will give your body time to adjust.

See a shrink, go to a medical fac. that specializes in it.
Think more positive thoughts about yourself.
