The eye color doesn't matter. Neither does the hair color. You can have green, blue, or brown eyes and they can still be prettty. The same goes for the hair. The thing that first makes me notice a girl is her eyes. Have you ever looked at a person and it's like they just have stars in their eyes like they are just naturally sparkly. That's what I'm talking about that makes me notice girls.

There is no answer for this question. If there were, then we would be over run with near clones. Think about this though -- How different do the finalists in the Miss America contest look? There is a definite resemblance. There is no winning color combination; if I were to sling some unsolicited advice it would be "Don't worry about it. At any given time there are approximately 10,000 guys who think you look great just the way you are. Try to have a little fun narrowing down the field of suitors. If anyone thinks that you are too short, tall, thin, heavy, blonde, brunette, serious, funloving, sudious, or whatever, that's okay; there are 9,999 left. Good Hunting.
PS Confidence is very appealing.

I usually go for the brown-eyed, dark-haired look. But really, it depends on the girl, in my opinion. Some girls look really good with blond hair - some look better with black hair. I'm sure you're fine the way you are, but you can always try out a new color, and see how it goes. (Just don't change you're eye color! I would be totally freaked out, if I found out that a girl I was going out with had different colored eyes!)

Personally, I think this is a subjective question, and will vary greatly! I for one, am not generally attracted to blondes. I have brown hair, blue eyes, (and all my teeth!); I prefer women with dark hair, dark eyes, dark skin. That is not to say I've never dated a blonde, but I'd quicker turn my head for a Mary Ann, than a Ginger (remember Gilligans Island?), okay; I'm showing my age!

If I was in a room, I'd probably notice a girl with a good sense of humor first...
As far as hair / eye colors. It doesn't really matter to me. I'd prefer someone with her original style. I can't stand all the fake dyes, contacts... etc. I like a girl because of who she is, not her hair or eye color.

As Kami stated before, everybody has different tastes. There really isn't a particular way every female should look even though that is how the media and big industries portray it to be.
As for what makes me first notice a girl, I'd have to say simply if she catches my attention whether it's something that she said to either me or somebody else, is doing, or if she is simply just attractive.

I love all women. But women with Blue eyes get me noticing them first. If from a distance someone has a nice body, a guy will notice that first, being he cant see her immediate features... so a nice butt is always good.... like I said.. I love all women...
