I always say just a moment. Is anyone else scared of this happening? I mean, it happens, and it's ackward....but, I'm always scared it's going to happen when I'm in a porta potty. I always pee and hold the handle of the door at the same time.

Either "It's occupied" or "Come on in!" - depending on who's knocking and what I'm doing (showers with GFs are fun!)

I say, "Excuse me", just like my mama taught me. That usually does the trick.
