iz it bad if someone starts their period whaen they are 15 and not before that?

No. Everyone's different. The average age is still about 13, though it can come as early as 9 or as late as 18.

It is never "bad" whenever you start your period. Why do young people think the period is so bad? It is all part of becoming a woman, as inconvenient as it may seem. I would consider you to be very fortunate that you made it to 15 without having to deal with it. I was 10 1/2 when I started my period. Be happy you are getting started late. It's not bad and it is not abnormal.

No, it is not bad. While it is later than most girls, it is still within the acceptable range of normal.

I'm going to guess that the girl is tall, thin, and active in sports.

no not at all. women get their periods at all different ages. i was 14. my friend was 16. enjoy not having it!

i got mine when i was 13 but my cousin didnt get hers until she was 17!
