Lots of leg excersices such as squats and lunges. Also try walking 25-30 minutes a day or if your advance running at a moderate pace will help, gradually. You dont want to over do them of course but they will help to firm that back side and make it sit up :) Of course nothing happens over night but give it a try and you should see some results!

You can lift it or make it firmer by exercise and proper nutrition but you can't change its genetic shape without cosmetic surgery.

Even if you were to pack on a lot of pounds. You'd get fatter, your butt would get bigger, but it would still be flat and square, just a lot wider. Sorry.

Do a search online for butt exercises. Some are squats, lunges, leg lifts to the back (standing or on all fours), etc.

Taking stairs when you can also works the butt, as does walking/jogging on an incline.

You can tone your butt muscles and make your butt more uplifted looking.

My sister learned to squeeze a peanut. You get on your hands and knees and tighten your bottom and pretend you are squeezing a peanut. You can also do this at work if you have to sit in a chair too much.
It helped her have a rounder bottom but not flabby. After her second child she had a hard time getting her figure back. This helped her.

what ever u do dont start packing on the pounds that is jus dumb stupid and wierd...what u should you is buy a energy drink and drink it seee what happens over the couse of a week(because they have a good amount of calories) then if u nothing happens get another energy drink and hop to your buns of steel video
