Assuming a sentence of one year or more: From Fife, WA they would start at Shelton which is the intake and could remain there, go to McNeil island or Walla Walla if they require high security. All woman go to Purdy
If the sentence is less than one year, either the Kent facility or downtown Seattle

You could go to Perth to be held then moved to either Low moss or Saughton depending on the conviction

depends on the crime I suppose. Maybe Barlinnie in Glasgow or Peterhead in Aberdeen. I suppose they could be sent to an English jail like Durham .. sorry cant be more help
