If you have completed one year with your present sponsor and he is ready to give you the release (thanazil) then you can transfer your sponsorship. If you find out a new job and your new sponsor is willing to transfer your sponsorship to the new company, then it will be easy for you.

You can only transfer maximum three times the sponsorship. The fee is SR 2000 for first time, 4000 for second and 6000 for third time.
