I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

Sure I like a girl because of her intelligence and personality, but those attributes I look more for in a friend. Initially, there has to be an attraction and 9 times out of 10, that attraction is physical. What other attributes do you distinguish between friends and lovers, ya know? It's human nature.
That said, once the attraction is established, intelligence and personality definitely go a long way. They can easily be the separating factors between liking a girl as your friend, and liking her as a whole lot more. For me personally, if she isn't smart and doesn't have much personality, I'm not going to end up liking her at all...certainly as a lover and probably not even as a friend.

i go 4 smarts and personality 1st. then the looks can come in. a girl just isn't as sexy w/o a little wit and charm 2 go w/ it

but i'm sure as heck bi lol, ummmm well looks are kinda important i dont want a caveman, unobrow, gorrilla looking girl but she has to be alittle pretty at least........but her personality has 2 b nice
