The best way to make him regret it is to ignore him, move on with your life, have successful relationships with other people, and be happy. The better off you are, the more he'll regret it. Anything else will pretty much just make him glad he got rid of you.

I have never been to your girls situation, but i've been in yours. My ex fiance of a year & half broke up with me three instances. It was once a protracted distance relationship and that can be very tough so I stored taking him again. After the 3rd time, he did come back for a 4th are attempting. I grew to become him down. Many motives method however the backside line: I are not able to trust him. How do i know he's now not going to get "careworn" once more? With out trust, there's no love. Folks can grow and change over years of time however the core of what we are doesn't exchange more commonly. The character i am at the heart of me isn't sufficient of what he is watching for. If it used to be, there would be no doubt in his feelings for me; ever. I suppose you must look at it the same way. It's not relevant what she wants. If you guys get back together, do you honestly consider she is not going to exchange her mind once more? In particular on account that her curiosity seems already to be so fleeting as it's. Do you want to put your self by way of the consistent heartache to discover? Believe me, from personal exprience, it is no longer worth it. In a few years you'll be able to see (as I did) she used to be right to finish it. I hope this helps.

The best way to do that is to keep on moving with you own life and not let him see that it is bothering you. Ignore him and do your own thing. Go out dancing, hang-out with your other friends, etc. But don't get caught up in another relationship too soon. That will only cause more problems for you. Once he hears you are going on and doing fine without him, he will regret letting you go. If not, he didn't care about you anyway and you should forget about him.

You can't make anyone see anything but you. See that you made a wise decision by getting rid of someone who had no respect for you in the first place. Once he ends up with someone who treats him the same way or worse than he treated you, he'll definitely regret it. There is a saying in the Bible, "you reap what you sow". So, you continue loving you and going on with your life, and forget about him. He's not worth the thought.

I personally wouldn't try. He sounds like a jerk that doesn't deserve your attention. If you get all involved in trying to make him feel bad, you're letting him win, because, all in all, you can't stop thinking about HIM. If the picture you painted about him is true, then he's probably ready to move on to the next girl and won't even give you a second thought. I know that's hard, it happened to me. Just focus on your current relationship and be as happy as you can!

If it's over, it's over. And you were asked out right away, by your ex's friend? And you went out? If there was going to be any regret it's already happened and is past, just like your relationship.

I'd be putting that energy into the new relationship, not wasting it on the done one.

Just you know, if your boyfriends still friends with your ex, give him alot of you know what, as much as he likes, dress nicer when you know there is a possibilty you'll bump into your ex. If he says says hi say hi back, and then if he asks hwo are you, say like oh, just thinking about last night, new positions, then walk away, he might be gobsmacked!

Show him that he had no effect on your life. Being deemed irrelevant is an awful feeling - which is exactly what you're after.

Also, it might help if you actually *do* get over him and move on.

Honestly why would you want a guy like that to regret dumping you. If he regrets it enough he will want to date you again. And do you really want to be with him again? I hope not.

The best revenge is to move on and succeed in your life. Do whatever it is that makes you happy. Be yourself. He will see what he gave up.
