i coughed hard and now i have this dull pain on my right lower abdomen

well i was just sitting here and i went to swallow my own saliva and i had a sharp pain, so i coughed and their was this tiny black object when i went to spit my phlegm out..
the pain is now in my lower back, right side and around my side..

If it burst the toxins it releases in your body would kill you shortly. So I dont think yours did burst. However if you think your having apendix problems you can stand straight upon your tip toes and let go and land flat footed (do not jump in the air) just pick up your body weight on your front of your foot and then allow your foot to land on the ground. If it hurts and you double over its your apendix if not then its not. Usually when your apendix is going to burst you will have pain so bad youll cry and not handle it and have to see a doctor. Its not a mild pain at all.

That's not it. If your appendix burst, you would be rolling on the floor in pain. You probably strained a muscle.

The pain would force you to go to the emergency room.
