how do i stop peeing so much?

i usually have to pee every hour........are there any natural remedies that can help me so i dont have to pee so often? im going to be on a 5 hour flight and its horrible. anything would help thanks

avoid diuretics (like caffeine and alcohol), and strangly, drinking more water can help a frequent unrinator. sometimes frequent urinating can be a sign of a bladder infection.

Also that's not natural if you already dont' drink much...I'd see a doctor.

You could also learn to 'hold it' better and work on it before you go on the flight. There's a difference between having to go and NEEDING to go...

If you are drinking alot of liquids as well you should have your blood glucose tested. Excessive thirst and urination could mean type 2 diabetes.

I used to drink a lot of beer, and after a while I could last a lot longer before parking my bike - you need to become a degenerate for a while - it's also fun.

sounds like you have an over active bladder that may need medical atttion. there are some good meds that help but you need to see a dr.

ummm try holding it as long as you can, a little longer each time. you need to train your bladder.
