We do a lot of moving and a lot of work. I need foods to bring with me that will make sure I don't run out of energy and get really drowsy like I normally do.

Energy bars are the way to go. Junk food may give you a burst of those at-the-moment energy but then it'll ruin you eventually. Energy bars, lot's of nutricious foods. Yeah, same old same old.

Bring trail mix bag, or power bars, oatmeal bars, fruit/nut bars, or any type of nuts (almonds, peanuts). If you've a can opener, you can bring some sweet potato, very filling.

Bread, pasta, muffins, pancakes, bagels, oranges, fruits, trail mix, or cereal. Anything that has carbs, which gives you energy.

depends on what instrument you are playing be careful not to eat things that you could be blowing into your instrument

Kashi granola bars are excellent. I have one for snack and it holds me for a long while. You might also try baby carrots.
