well it wasnt that serious either so im guessing hes going to get house arrest. my friend was on parole for drugs and she got cought smoking and she got house arrest..so i think hes most likelyjust going to get house arrest

Not only will he get locked up. But the jail time he'll serve for a repeat offense will be ten fold. The third time will be strike 3, they'll throw away the key.

just a though ... why doesn't he stay out of trouble until hes done with parole?
when you fix that issue, you wont need to worry about the fact that hes at the mercy of the court ... and they will do with him whatever they see fit

If there's a restraining order against him and someone who wants to enforce it (like the girls dad) than yes... he can and will get locked up.
