I would like to know where could I get information on where to but what I need, like poultry, beef, seafood, seasonings, appliances, ect. ect.I need to put everything together within the next year. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you know NOTHING about the restaurant business. Don't do it without experience and/or training. It's a sure recipe [pun intended] for failure.

What you need to do is to go to a chef's school, restaurant school or to work your way up to manager in a restaurant similar to the one you have in mind.

Perhaps even purchase a franchise such as Red Lobster or TGI Friday's. The franchiser will put you through their training courses and at least you will have a chance of it lasting more than a few month's.

If you MUST do it on your own, see if you can purchase an existing restaurant and have the current owner/manager stay on for 6 months to a year to show you the ropes.

See my other answer to the other question you posted plus you can try the rotary club it will help you network with others in your business & give you helpful hints so you don't make the same mistakes they did!!!
