I just got married and my new husband is told that his operators license is good that his CDL is not, please just for my info.

No. BUT, Per the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, "If a CDL holder is disqualified from operating a CMV, the State may issue him/her a license to operate non-CMVs."

No, your husband only has 1 Driver's License, with the CDL license class allowing him to operate commercial vehicles. If his license was suspended, for violations while driving a commercial vehicle or otherwise, he can not drive anything until the suspension is lifted.

You only have one license it may be a CDL lic. or it may be a regular operators lic. but there are more restrictions attached to the CDL but if you're CDL is suspended that is it you are suspended from driving anything.

nope. your only allowed one license, and when you got a CDL the operators license became null and void

His CDL is suspended but his regular license is still ok. He can drive a car or pickup, but that's it.
