Lakewood has about 52,000 attendees.

I would say Catholicism is the biggest body of church goers, but as to which church building is the biggest I haven't a clue.

Catholicism has the most members world-wide among the Christian denominations.
The largest house of worship that I've personally visited was the Salt Lake Temple of the LdS Church.

If I had to make a guess, I would say, Rick Warren's Saddleback Church in California with 20,000+ attendance each Sunday.

Not sure. I know the biggest Baptist Church is Bellvue in Memphis. That place is insane, I used to live near it. It's crazy big, it even has chandeliers
