Either the Crystal Cathedral in Anaheim, Willow Creek Community Church in suburban Chicago, or Lakewood Church in Houston.
Crystal Cathedral broadcasts to millions.
Lakewood has about 52,000 attendees.

Are you talking about a house of worship, congregation, sect, or denomination?
Catholicism has the most members world-wide among the Christian denominations.
The largest house of worship that I've personally visited was the Salt Lake Temple of the LdS Church.
