No...I did not have my first real boyfriend until I was a senior in high school. And my sister (who is gorgeous) did not have her first real boyfriend until she was 20. Enjoy being 14 and hanging out with friends and getting to know yourself.

Not having a boyfriend at 14 is not weird at all. In fact, that's a very great thing. I would feel very proud being your parent. Your focus right now should be on school and getting excellent grades. You don't even know much about yourself as yet, you're still young. Take your time. You shouldn't start thinking about boyfriends until you're getting ready for college around (18). Also, talk to your mom or dad first about it or a big sister/brother if u have one. Let them know how u feel. They'll be able to help u make the right decision.

No! I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 14. Kids move way too fast these days. I'm only 22 but things have already changed a lot since I was your age. I wouldn't worry about it, relationships at that age are silly anyways!

Don't feel left out- I am 14 too and I have never had a boyfriend, gone out on a date, or even told a guy I liked them! I have slow danced with a guy only once but he was my guy friend so that doesn't even count.

As a mother of a 16 year old daughter, I say, no it isn't.
It doesn't mean you're immature or unattractive or nerdy. It just means you aren't jumping on the bandwagon of trying to grow up faster than you should.
Enjoy this time, you will start dating soon enough and when you do you will miss the days when your biggest headache was over homework or missing a friends party.

It's not wierd at all. I'm 17 right now, and I didn't meet my first ever boyfriend until I was 16 (this was just four moths ago). I would actually recommend that you just leave the guys alone for as long as possible, because they can be such a huge HEAD-ACHE!!! And whe they're your age, they're even worse, because they're so immature. So just be patient, and enjoy your single-ness while you can...

i waited until i knew the guy really really well and was sure i wanted to be in a relationship with him. I was 22. He was the first guy i had anything at all to do with, and now we are having our second child (im 24 now). If u make sure u know u want something, then it will work out much better- and you will be more mature by the time it happens- no matter what anyone thinks about it!

there is absolutely nothing weird about not having a boyfriend yet! sometimes other girls around you might try to make it seem likeyou are odd or different but its just peer pressure! dont worry about it. its just like drinking... if others your age are doing it they make you feel wierd for not doing it. but dont worry about them.
and never settle for a boy just because you want a boyfriend. the right one will come along1
Good luck
