Dear Barf,

Ditch the screen name and come up with a better one. It isn't you. As to are you overweight, we can't really tell because you left out a vital piece of info... how tall are you?? Very important. :)

Hugs, hon. Keep in mind that nothing happens with a body overnight... do some exercises every day for 15 min. all your life. You will be in shape (which is HEALTHY... bodys were made to MOVE) and you will feel good about yourself, too.

Well eat fruits and veggies. Also make sure you eat junk food and sugary things in moderation. Oh yeah don'tt forget to exercise daily. In no time you'll get to your correct weight and you might just get some muscles in the progress too. ^^ Good luck!
