Depends on WHERE it is.......an aneurism is nothing more than a weak spot (usually a blood vessel), sort of like a bulge that you have seen on a tire.

I have seen people (so I assume animals are the same) live for years with an aneurism.

dont leave your dog with an aneurism get it fixed

im not sure what kind of animal an aneurism is, but as long as it isn't vicious im sure it will be just fine.

it depends what type of dog it is and how long it has been there but contact a vet and ask
