Not in one day...it takes 24 hrs to digest fats....and there's no way to be sure you lost a lb because weight fluctuates by 5 lbs depending on what time of day it is. However, if you weigh yourself at the same time on two consecutive days...and notice weight loss....you might be losing a bit of weight (not just water weight).
The only tips I can offer are to eat healthier foods...low-fat, low-calorie....and to exercise and drink enough water per day (8 glasses).

Plenty of things you can do to drop weight fast - but all of them will not help you keep it off for any period of time. If you lose a pound in a day you are mainly talking water weight (which will come right back as soon as you hydrate!)

I know that at Walgreens and Wal-Mart they sell at home "cleansers" that clean out your bowels for about a day to two days (depending on the one you get) and they will literally drop you a minimum of 1 pound. I've lost more than 5 at one time. Not the "prettiest" option, but it works.

You'd lose a pound or two of water weight if you went a day without drinking/eating much... but it would come back almost instantly, and you probably wouldn't even be able to tell. Plus, its not safe. You could become seriously dehydrated..

eat 1200 calories only.
absoultly no junk.
then exercise. liek even if its taking a walk with a friend or practing baseball. keep active.
this is relly unhealthy.

yeah but its very hard.
if you go to a gym or have a tredmill or eliptical in your house. you have to get it so you loss almost three thousand calories this takes about an hour or two. yeah
