I would say the US is the one with the most nominal Christians - those who call themselves Christians but are not living as Christians.
Quite possibly China has more true believers today than any other nation. It is estimated that over 100 million attend illegal home churches, risking their safety and financial welfare to worship God through his Son Jesus Christ.

Actually, that title probably belongs to Ireland. Ninety-three percent of their population is Christian.
I think Poland is in second place.
Poland's religious breakdown is:
Roman Catholic 89.8% (about 75% practicing), Eastern Orthodox 1.3%, Protestant 0.3% and unspecified/other is 8.6%. Total? 91.4% Christian.
Belarus might come pretty close, too. Eastern Orthodox 80%. The other 20% is other, which includes Roman Catholic, Muslim, Protestant, and Jewish.
As compared to the US:
Protestant 52%, Roman Catholic 24%, Mormon 2%, Jewish 1%, Muslim 1%, other 10%, none 10%
As for the most pagans, I'd say just about anywhere in Europe. But in all truth, paganism is still a "minor" religion, as in, it doesn't have that many followers.
I was wrong about who might have the most Christians, but I don't feel like going back and correcting it. Denmark might win, with 98%.
As for which country has the most tolerance as far as religion goes, I think that would depend on a person's religion, and which region of a country they're in. For example, a pagan, an atheist, or a satanist will do fine in the Pacific Northwest of the US, while a Christian may have to face being made fun of more. An atheist, pagan, or satanist might not do as well in the Bible belt, but a Christian would fit right in. So that's a tough question to answer. As I said, it all depends.

To Cricket:
Percentages are not the same as total numbers - 98% of 1000 is less than 50% of 10,000. I'm not trying to give a Math lesson here, but just because these countries you gave have high percentages of Christians doesn't mean that they have the most Christians, number wise.

In my opinion, at this point in history, the most religiously tolerant country would be the US. I would assume that the country with the most pagans would be somewhere like Australia that has a huge aboriginal population. Of course, if you mean neo-pagan, it would probably also be the United States. The US also has the largest Christian population (South America is a continent, not a country.)

Yes, the US does have the most Christians. I guess that is why we are very biased towards it...
As far as the most religious tolerant country...ugh!!! Is there such a thing??? Even countries that are sectarian can not even be tolerant of sects within their own religion....

Yes....
What's the country with the most pagans?
Also the US.
What's the most religiously tolerant country?
The country with the strongest legal protections for religions expression is....
the US.
[By the way, our protection of religions, no matter how heinous, is *WHY* we have the fundies and scientologists]

South Korea Is the #2 missionary sending nation in the world. The U.S. is #1. Sounds like they both must be tolerant of religions.
18% of South Korea's population is Protestant, 10% is Catholic
The only religion tolerated in North Korea is "Juche", worship of "the Dear Leader", Kim Jong-il. "man is the master of everything and decides everything" is its ideology.
