Ya you can buy everclear there.
Absinth is 90% but illegal in the UK I believe. You could get your hands on the 50%-70% versions though.
Try bacardi 151 as well.

For non drinking use, buy methylated spirits, this is denatured ethanol, (it's got dye and other chemicals to stop drinkers!) For drinking, the strongest alcohol generally available would be polish vodka, at around 80%

In a theoretical sense, the strongest drink you can buy is 100% pure ethanol alchohol.

It is not possible to get anything stronger.

However, this is not available for sale to the public, but is available for given scientific laboratories, as the law would allow that for research purposes.

I don't know about the everclear in UK,,but I have found a liquor that will get you drunk in 4 shots and the a=is Sambucca...It's good and strong.
