Most hangovers are caused by dehydration more than anything. If you are getting bad ones, look at what you are drinking, if there's a lot of sugar, that can make them worse too. (margarita, rum n coke, etc.). Here's my recipe, never fails:
2 Excedrin (the caffeine in there really helps)
2 L cold water
1 balanced breakfast (seriously, get some protein, fat, and carbs, gets your body going, soaks up the swill in the stomach)

Start drinking again. Pretty soon you will be an alcoholic and you'll be drunk all the time. You'll never have to worry about a hangover again.

i saw this in reno 911, cup of pepto with 2 alka selzer's with a splash of tequila....
or some Advil, a coffeeto start. then follow it up with some Gatorade, and some Macdonald's or taco bell..... and time/sleep
