Eat better, lotsa water, and Cardio workouts. They do more for your stomach then you can imagine!

hey, i know what you are feeling! I was 55 LBs over weight. (size 16) all in my belly which connected to my ***. I saw a holistic DR. which works with vitamins. She put me on a vitamin HTP a vitamin you find anywhere. It seems to control your eating and makes you drop weight like crazy. I am now in a size 6. But i also do lots of walking. I never do sit ups or crunches and really don't want too! I am only 31 and 3 years ago was a size 3. Try it out. I hope it works. I did give up hope. But now i complain because everything is to big........Not to small. Good Luck. P.S. also take fish oil....

work out, and watch what you eat. I went on a diet and lost 25lbs just eating a strict diet with a very small amount of working out. also I drank a lot of water. water water water. I ate 3 meals a day. I might eat a serving size of grapes and drink water, then for lunch have a lean turkey burger with whole grain bread and cucmbers then later I would have another serving size of fruit then I would eat dinner. Maybe a small thing of lean chopped steak and a serving size of veggies

exercize and a good diet consisting of non-fatty foods.....fruit and most fresh veggies....crunches and sit-ups are a natural remedy......adding fiber to your diet will also help....what I did to lose 20 lbs of mostly belly fat was use the all natural colonix intestinal cleaner and long vigorous walks for 3 mos.......it's well worth it

diet and exercize...i don't think there's any other "natural" way. although a lot of people are having this big hype about special green teas, but they only make you lose water weight, cause it makes you pee a lot.
