This looks pretty good, but you might need more fat/protein. You are already at a great weight for your height. Losing 16 lbs is pushing it and losing 20 lbs will put you very close to being underweight.

Also, I've found that obsessing over food/meals can be counterproductive and time consuming.

Make sure that you have your fridge stalked with healthy foods and that you work out regularly.

You are awfully young to be on such a strict diet.

If I were to recommend anything (other than not to diet), I would suggest you cut down on the carbohydrates and eat some lean meat and healthy fats. This is a strict vegetarian diet and you could find it difficult to get enough protein/iron for your body with what you are currently eating. If you are determined to eat only a vegen diet, then perhaps you should look into eating some tofu for additional protein.

If you are not opposed to eating meat and dairy, I would definitely recommend adding both. You are growing still.. and you need to get more calcium into your diet along with vitamin D.

sounds VERY healthy. Even if you don't lose weight (which you most likely will) you should continue to eat this way because it is amazingly healthy. It sounds like you have all of the water you need, enough calories, and enough protien. good job! if you keep up the good work you'll lose the weight. please realize that 16 pounds would put you at 110 pounds which may be too thin for your height. it depends on what type of body you have and how much muscle as well as your frame size. keep up the good work and you'll see good results!

I also have a confession to make. have been I stay in Scotland, gray squirrels are the enemy because of the fact they infect the community pink squirrels with a affliction they themselves are proof against. and because I as quickly as suggested a sighting of a gray some years in the past, i became into initiated into the secret Squirrel Police and issued with traps, rubber gloves, scalpels pipettes, little bottles, couple of minutes bags and the handle of a laboratory i'm meant to deliver blood samples to of any squirrels that I even have caught and killed. i could no longer try this. I did seize one as quickly as, yet I took him down the valley to a village the place i understand he would have a great style of friends, and enable him flow.

first, you only need to lose at most about 10 pounds. the foods you've chosen are alright. try to eat every 3 hours. some of your snacks and meals are farther apart and some are closer. don't you eat meat? you have enough protein, though.

make sure every time you eat that it is at least 3 hours apart. even if it's just for a snack. and don't eat 2-4 hours before you go to bed. [=
