I love his work and really want a tattoo by him but I don't care anything about being chosen to be on Miami Ink. Anybody know? I went to his website and it just sent me to the Miami Ink App.

you can call and tell him when u make an app. i am sure he won't mind. he is really nice.

You can always call the shop and ask for an appointment with him. Keep in mind that if you only want him them there could possibly be a really long wait...not to mention he's probably expensive as the more in demand someone is the more money they usually make.
You don't need to be on the show in order to have them tattoo you. You'd have to sign a release saying you could be on tv and they can show your face, tattoo etc....
So just give the shop a call and see when his next appointment is available.

Make an appointment. When we were down there recently we went by the shop and it was packed, but they were not filming. They may be on television, but they are not always filming and they are still artists. Call and set up an appointment I doubt you could get in on a walk in.

chris garver doesn't work out of miami. he tattoos in a shop in la. not sure what the shop is but i'm sure you can find out. the only time he is in miami is when the show is filming a couple of months out of the year.
