How do you want the eggs cooked? To boil them--soft boiled, put in pan of boiling water, cover, and remove from heat. Eat after 3 minutes or so. Hard boiled, do as above, but leave in the water for 20 minutes with no peaking.
Fried, put butter into skillet, break egg and slip onto the melted butter. Then cook to desired doneness.
Scrambled do as above, but whip the egg with a bit of milk before putting into the pan. Keep stirring as they cook.
Poached, carefully slide a broken egg into a shallow pan of boiling water and cook to desired doneness.

For hard boiled eggs, put in cold water. When water boils (after about 3 minutes) check whether eggs is ready by doing the following: Use a table spoon to scoop an egg (the egg shell is obviously wet from water), watch egg shell closely and start counting- 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004.... if shell dries before 10sec's (or 1010) then it is cooked. Not overdone, not to soft - but the best! If not, boil some more. Check again using same method. Note: You have to find your own time for how you like your eggs done. I usually take mine out when it dries around 1006 otherwise I find it to hard.

Well, there are all sorts of different ways to cook eggs.
Boiling - just place them in a pot of boiling water. 3 minutes for soft boiled 5 minutes or longer for hard boiled.
You can fry them in a pan several different ways. You need some sort of fat in the pan (butter or bacon grease) to keep them from sticking. You can cook them over easy, over hard, or sunny side up depending on how/when you flip them.
Scrambled, just put a bit of fat in the pan and heat it up, add the eggs and swizzle them around until they are the firmness you like.
dozens of other ways, but those are the basics....
--- Edit ---
BTW: I would prefer 10 points for a best answer to the five bucks.

ok u can keep the 5 bucks. Are u trying to fry the eggs, bake them, boil them? What exactly are u trying to do with them? If you are trying to fry them it depends on how u want them cooked. If u wanna boil them it shoulod take about 4-5 mins. And to bake them, i never baked eggs, so i don't think anyone does for that matter.
