If its an iced drink tell the Barista like on the Ice when you order next time. I had a lady tell me her Venti (Large) ice mocha was too watery. Go figure. If its hot then maybe add another shot. Espresso should come out perfect if its at Starbucks or any other coffee place. The machines coffee shops have are designed to make espresso shots perfect everytime they come out. Thats as best advice as i can give you.

Simply hand it back and ask her to remake it with more coffee as the original was too weak for your taste. Sometimes people get in a rush and don't fully pack the coffee as they are supposed to having her remake the drink anytime it is incorrect is not only a service to her but a service to the coffee shop.

you are paying for it..so i would def. say hey you know i think your espresso machine is not working well..she probably trying to cut corners to save $$$..and just ask her to remake it..you will feel better and so will she that is like if you see someone with toilet paper on their shoe and you do not say anything :(

she needs to know that something is not right

p.s. i know the parable may not make sense..but that is how i would feel ***huggies**

Just tell her that you prefer your espresso to be stronger next time you order.
