I would say yes, but you'll have to remove them. Heck, even my brother had to wear a bandaid over his earring when he went in the police academy and he sure can't have an earring in when he's on duty in uniform.

You don't get paid until you report to basic training, and usually can't draw on those funds until you graduate. Good luck.

since they are not allowed at all while in uniform, might as well get rid of them now. you won't be wearing them at all during Boot camp and A school as well as whenever you are in uniform in the Fleet.

in the DEP yes your still a civilian but at some point you might want to get used to life without them.
