steamed chicken and broccoli from chinese restaurant didn't have white rice was like little to no chicken and cup broccoli all together and no sauce on it..

1 cup broccoli chopped about 44 calories (boiled, drained and salted)
.2 cups chicken white meat no skin, sauteed 54 calories

I would guess 100 calories to round up.

I used the numbers for sauteed chicken (fried) to account for any add fats that may not be accounted for in the boiled broccoli.

I don't know why you would need to worry about calories, but the website below can help you figure out other dishes.

Oh good Heavens! Certainly not enough for a proper sustaining meal, 300... tops. Calories aren't necessarily the the enemy, the lack of self-control and moderation is. Don't be afraid to provide yourself with the proper nutrients, just don't over indulge. Eat smart, be happy, live well.
