As opposed to Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter with the oil on top. What is the difference and is one "better" than the other?

Skippy "natural" is still made in the fashion of all peanut butters and spun to combine the oil back into the butter to create light fluffy butter that is easy to spread. The kind with the oil on top is more natural and therefore healthier because the oil sits on the top and the nuts are denser - personally I pour off the oil to use in making cakes, pancakes and even frying chicken then use the denser butter as usual. Enjoy!

I believe the reason that the peanut butter doesn't separate is because of the palm oil that's in Skippy Natural Peanut Butter.

True "natural" peanut butter ingredients will look like this:

Ingredients: peanuts

Sometimes salt.
