Raw, Plant Based Ranch! It's one of the healthiest ever and tastes so delicious. You'd never know that there wasn't any dairy in it or chemicals or preservatives! I'm eating it RIGHT NOW actually! It's awesome!!
Always choose organic ingredients when possible for optimal nutrition.
1 cup raw cashews¨
½ cup pine nuts¨
¾ - 1 cup water¨
¼ cup fresh lemon juice¨
1 tsp celtic sea salt¨
1 tsp onion powder¨
1 clove garlic, crushed¨
1 Tbsp dried¨dill
1 Tbsp dried basil
Blend the cashews, pine nuts, water, lemon juice, salt, and onion & garlic powder in blender until smooth, adding more water if necessary. Add the dried herbs and pulse briefly. Creamy Ranch Dip will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. It also freezes well!
This is the best dip for vegetable crudite or flax crackers, too.
Enjoy!

Depends on what I am eating. I like Ranch the best and Itallian vinagrette a close second.

A frilly pink summer dress with thigh high fish nets and black go go boots. I would finish the ensemble with a brown fedora with a buffalo wing inserted into the band. That's just how I like my salad dressed, call me a hopeless romantic if you like but you will be completely overlooking the fact that I am actually insane.

Right now I'm hooked on
Brianna's Poppyseed Dressing.
Another good one is Stonewall Kitchen's Maple Balsalmic

this super simple one I make:
1/2 c. canola oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. parm cheese
salt & pepper
Its amazing (especially if you put artichoke hearts in your salad)! Pour in on the salad & let it sit about 5 minutes before you eat it. Yummy!
