I'm throwing a party tonight I was wondering what is the best flavor of sorbet to serve with a strawberry & lemon tart?

I think Lemon Sorbet would be nice and refreshing and compliment the sweetness of the tart.

I would go with either lemon or strawberry. To compliment the existing flavors. You already have two very storng flavors to begin with so adding another would make it too much and take away from the tarts. Go with a small scoop of each with a small sprig of mint for garnish. Sounds yummy, good luck....

well id say a lemon soebet with a hint of mint as this would help the balance between the sweetness in the strawberrys and lemon tart as the mint wil inhance the flavor without it being acidic.

.....the tart sounds delicious! Personally, I would choose a very mild flavour sorbet (vanilla if possible) - because if you choose a stronger flavour, it will "take away" from the flavours in the tart... just my opinion - hope it works out ok for your party.

Strawberry if you want to match, peach or mango if you want to complement.

hmm.. idk what sorbet is.. but i know sherbert is AWESOMEE.
