US citizens move to Mexico every day and yes you can open a store, you can't steal though, that will give you a quick trip to the jail and the same is true for the US. However, if your goal is to open a store you can. There are 1 million US citizens living in Mexico today.

No, unlike the US, Mexico has very tough immigration laws that they actually fully enforce.
Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:
•in the country legally;
•have the means to sustain themselves economically;
•not destined to be burdens on society;
•of economic and social benefit to society;
•of good character and have no criminal records;
and are contributors to the general well-being of the nation.
The law also ensures that:
•immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
•foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
•foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
•foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
•foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
•those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.

You could, if you wanted to have to hide in the shadows, rape their county of all its benefits and wait for the good citizens to give you amnesty. Then, when you achieve amnesty you would get all the benefits of their welfare system legally that they have to offer. Once you have ruined their economy then you could move on to the next do gooder country.

i kind of wish you would do that and just go away. but why would anyone want to go to mexico, it sucks there. thats why they are all here and why blame them for coming? Its the gov't's fault for not supporting our borders good enough or deporting them when they crossed over, right?????

No, they frown on illegal aliens in Mexico. You would probably get robbed and beaten and left for dead.
