to lose weight permanently you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle (diet and exercise).
body like Beyonce - it depends on your genetics - you cant go against it
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

There are 2 things you can do and I'll explain them in Detail.
1. Maple syrup diet
2. Atkins Diet
You may have already tried this before but they both work.
1. Maple Syrup Diet - Is actually called the Master Cleanse, its main purpose is to eliminate toxins from your body. There is actually a book on this on Amazon, or just search for the Master Cleanse Forum for free information. Like any diet its not easy, but one thing I like about this, is that you can remove toxins as well as lose weight - rapidly. The only down side is that you live on the juice for the duration of your diet, and nothing else. But the results are amazing. Needless to say, you have to plan to eat well after the diet, otherwise you gain all the weight back. You can go on this diet for up to 40 Days, but I would introduce exercise half way through, which you can continue doing when you complete the Master Cleanse and are having a healthy balance diet. Exercise doesn't have to be boring. You can take a walk every evening or even better if you have a dog to walk. You can walk for up to 2 hours if you like, its better than nothing. You are young, go to the club, go dancing :)
2. Atkins Diet - You can start this after the maple syrup. Or just on its own. Search for Atkins Forum on google, you will see a lot of people on there, before and after pictures etc. So it really works. Basically, it is a low carb diet which has mainly protein in your 1st 2 weeks. This is because the body burns carbohydrates 1st, so if you are not eating carbs, it burns fats next. So your 1st 2 weeks you will experience some weight loss. The next stage, you start introducing some carbs - this is the on going weight loss stage, and so on.
Have a look at both these programmes and see which suits you best. Either way, you have to be mentally prepared, however at least with Atkins you can eat. i.e burgers, chicken, some veg, steak, lamb, eggs, bacon etc.
You can do it. Just think about it first, then follow through with it. Good Luck ;)

You need to watch the foods you eat. Soda, fast food and high fat snacks will pretty much cancel anything you do to try to lose weight. If I was you I would try to eat low fat foods, whole grain (not whole wheat but WHOLE GRAIN) breads and cereals and try to keep sugar to a real minimum because sugar turns to fat and your body's favorite thing to do with fat is to store it. Besides eating right watch the portions small meals 4 times a day and DO NOT eat at night like stop eating at least 3-4hours before you sleep. And just as important as what you eat is your activity level. you gotta burn the fat. Weightlifting is great to build muscles but you need to burn the fat to get smaller because even if you build the muscles you wouldn't see them if threes a layer (or 2...) of fat covering them. So basically eat healthy and move often!Walking is great, swimming and when you feel more athletic try something at a gym if you can or Iknowit sounds silly at first but get an exercise video you can even get them from the library. good luck and you can do it!

Go for protein as an alternative to sugar to keep energy levels going strong rather than crashing. Edamame in pods is the perfect snack since it takes some time to eat and a one-cup portion offers 12 grams of necessary protein.

Honestly, changing your diet and exercise habits are the best ways. Try Slim Fast and the Special K diet. After eating dinner, go for a 15 minute walk, then increase it to 30 minutes the next night.

You need to accept this fact first: You will NOT have a body like Beyonce. However, you can lose weight and tone up. You know the drill. Eat healthy and excercise.

Maybe try a personal trainer who can help you with diet and exercise to take it off and keep it off. But unless you're shaped like Beyonce, you will never look like her. Just focus on getting to a healthy size for your body.

Good eating habits (don't eat anything that is white, or has ever been white, or has a lot of white stuff in it.) small portions, 4-5 small meals a day, one special treat at one meal once a week. Keep moving, no sitting, lots of moving (swim, walk, play sports, dance ..).

I knw you probably hear this alot but its the truth, DIET AND EXERCISE. but also it means having the right attitude and being consistent. Beyonce has a personal trainer who pushes her. she spends alot of time daily doing cardio which helps her lose the wieght. also she has a nutritionist who helps her select healthy meals. if you do simple things like drink water instead of soda or juices it will make a difference. good luck in getting your bootilicious on... i know you can do it :)

At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout all of those other day, focus on water as an alternative to juice or soda
