How tall are you? How muscular? Are you sure 70 kg isn't a good weight for your height and build?

If you are sure you need to lose weight, try small meals spaced 2 to 4 hours apart. Never eat more than you can hold in two open hands and always have a little protein with each meal.

Limit fats and sweets. I've also had good luck with limiting grains, especially wheat. Drink water. Move. I've also had success with tracking what I've eaten in a journal and keeping track of the calories.

Too little info to know what you are doing wrong.
Balanced diet - are you eating frequently every 2-3 hours small meals?
Exercise - you should be doing cardio 4-6 days a week for average of 45min to lose weight. and not do weight training more than 2-3 times a week or you will gain a lot of muscle.
