Hi,
I bought a packet of chocolate chip cookies (the ones that have huge chunks of chocolate in them) but on the way home a heavy bag fell on them and now they are all crushed.

I've read somewhere that you can make something from crumbled cookies. Would any of you be having a recipe for it?

Thanks

How about making a Toffee Bar Dreamcake out of them?

Run all but about a cup of the chocolate chip cookies through a blender or food processor so that you have even finer crumbs. Mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a stick of margarine, press into a 13x9 pan, and then bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

While the crust is cooling, mix the following together in a large bowl: 1 container Cool-Whip, 1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened), and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in 4 crushed Heath bars (or similar toffee candy), and spread mixture over crust.

Top with remaining cookie crumbs, and refrigerate.

Mmmm suppose you can put them on ice cream or make the crumbs fine and add some melted butter make a pie crust and fill with your choice of pudding or cheese cake filling.

My son would pour a glass of milk and put the chunks into that and eat it with a spoon.
