Dear my friend,
if you quite this job and find another, believe me you'll have same or similar problem just in different situation. I'm not condemning you! I'm just telling you, even it seems you are doing your best at your current situation, you haven't learned something which would bring you to the next step.
If your job bothers you so greatly, quitting is one solution, but you need to prepare yourself to deal with the problem for the next time.
I don't know exactly what situation you are in, so I can only guess what you should learn... is it... what is the deepest reason of the cheating? Does your boss push you to cheat? Do your co-workers push you to cheat? Who are you cheating? Customers? Other department? Well, since you know the answers, you are the one who need to break this problem... If you'd like to discuss it with a friend, email me. Who knows? I may be able to help you??
Edit
Last night I prayed for you and meditated about your situation. It came to my mind, that... can you, or would you, try to love the unlovable person first...? To me, it seemed more important than keeping up with the morality...
What would you do, if I incourage you to love... your boss?

Depends on if you have a family to support. If you don't
have a family depending on you then it is within your
decision making right to choose to change careers
without considering the indirect consequences.
However, if you do have a family then you should do
what is appropriate to ensure stability for the welfare
of your family. Before leaving a career be sure to have
a reliable career to fill the bill in its place, and perhaps
most importantly don't burn your bridges. Despite your
disagreements with your current employment, it has
helped support you up through the present. Don't
make any impulsive decisions, consulting a trusted
friend in great detail is probably in order.

You can't suppress who you are. A lot of times when we have more on our plate that we can handle emotionally we turn to God. When your life is getting easier you will not be as religious and you will want to have a relationship with a guy or at the very least sex. You can't change who you are attracted to but who says Jesus or God doesn't want you to attend church more often while still keeping your individuality and sexual orientation? The idea that God and Jesus look down on homosexuals only comes from people who AREN'T God or Jesus out of prejudice. So in short you won't be turning your back on the community but you will be turning your back on yourself.

Life is Not the Ramayana where you find Ramrajaya , it is a battlefield and a stage too, where you have to perform your role and fight for the survival of life, so life is like the Mahabharta.
Some body cheat you and you cheat somebody- if you want to live the life in this present world face every odds and emerges out like a fighter and become a victor. If you read The Gita you will havve your answers.

Don't lie only because it is immoral, it is also legal trouble for you. It is not good to 'cheat' because you identify a fidelity with humanity in general. Work sharing your loyalty with company and customer as best conditions allow and all the time look for that opportunity for your self.....be the better honest competitor if you are able.

Romans 12:20-21 BUT IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM, AND IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM A DRINK; FOR IN SO DOING YOU WILL HEAP BURNING COALS ON HIS HEAD. 21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
1 Corinthians 3:10-15 According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. 11 For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work. 14 If any man's work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. 15 If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
I’ll go where You want me to go, dear Lord,
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.

I CAN’T BELIEVE I GET TO DO THIS: PART 2
THE INNER BATTLE OF SERVICE
By Michael P. Cavanaugh
Our Fears
We have a fear investing time and energy into serving God and others.
If we commit to serve in some way will I end up enjoying or dreading it?
Will life really be more fulfilling or more draining?
Will it help me grow spiritually or will the demands actually weaken my spiritual life?
Titus 3:14 Our people must also learn to engage in good deeds to meet pressing needs, so that they will not be unfruitful.
The Last Supper
John 13:12-17 So when He had washed their feet, and taken His garments and reclined at the table again, He said to them, Do you know what I have done to you? 13You call Me Teacher and Lord; and you are right, for so I am. 14If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. 15For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you. 16Truly, truly, I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. 17If you know these things, you are blessed if you do them.
God is calling all of us to move from self absorption to servanthood
Hebrews 10:24 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds,
What are the benefits of responding to the call of service?
Matthew 5:16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
2 Corinthians 9:8 God is able to make it up to you by giving you everything you need and more so that there will not only be enough for your own needs but plenty left over to give joyfully to others. (TLB)
What people receive when they serve

• Teamwork
• Spiritual gifts

Galatians 6:9 Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.
1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.

whatever job you choose to do you have to be true to that job, . This being the case, you should study yourself and come to a decision where the job that you have chosen is not against your fundamental principles-mind you, you cannot change the world. It is not for you to question the nature of the job that you are not suited to. Look for the earliest opportunity to switch over to another job the content of which would allow you to retain your peace of mind. [within broad parameters-that is why I used the word 'fundamental principles'.--]
Good Luck!
