One of my most favorite and simple recipes is for a moist corn bread. Just used two boxes of the jiffy cornbread and do everything exactly the same as the directions on the box, but add a can of creamed corn. It will take a few more minutes to cook, but it is so moist and not dry and crumbly! IT'S GREAT!!!!

Chicken Wrapped In Bacon
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
2 Pounds Thick Cut Bacon
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Clove Of Garlic

Take the chicken breast and cut slits in it and insert garlic (use sparingly if you don't like garlic). Then place in a 9x13 baking pan spaced evenly. Take the cream of chicken soup and pour over the chicken in the pan. Let cook at 400 degrees F. for 45 min. Take out of the oven (leaving oven on) let cool for about 15 min. Empty out extra soup and grease mix out of the pan. Take and use the bacon to completely cover chicken wrapping it around the chicken in one layer. Place back in pan and place in oven for extra 30 min or til bacon is crispy as you like it.
