Before I became a Christian, one of the things that really bothered me about Christianity and kept me away from it was this type of attitude. Now that I am a Christian, I am still disgusted with it. Just because you are homosexual, it doesn't mean you are posessed by satan or anything like that.
While it's true that God views homosexuality as a sin, it is no different than any other kind of sin - it's the same as being a drunk, a liar, an adulterer, etc.
The point of Christianity is that none are righteous, which is why we NEED a savior. Everyone is a sinner and everyone falls short of God's commands. The punishment for sin is death (both in the physical and spiritual). Jesus came to take our punishment so that we can go to heaven when we die and be in fellowship with God.
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
You are right that Jesus said to the religious of his time, the Pharisees, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." John 8:7 This was when they came upon a woman in the act of adultery and dragged her to Jesus.
There is another instance where the Pharisees confront Jesus about hanging out with sinners. He was having dinner with all kinds of sinners - tax collectors, prostitutes, etc. His response to them is "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." Matthew 9:12-13.
Christians are not called by God to judge others - that's God's job on the day of judgement. Our job as Christians is to reach out and show God's love to those who are without Him. I sincerely apologize on behalf of all of those so-called Christians who, in their zeal, have failed to show God's love. May God bless you and keep you.

In Christian opinion it is wrong to tell you that you're the devil for being homosexual. You aren't the devil, and the devil isn't in you. He could be influencing you, but he influences everyone, even Christians, from time to time. The Bible tells us that it isn't our place to judge, and I'm sorry if a Christian is judging you.
The point of being a Christian is believing in Christ, and He did change everything so that anyone may be saved. I take it that you aren't a Christian, and therefore I understand why you feel this way. As Christians, the Holy Spirit convicts us of sins, but the Holy Spirit isn't present in someone who isn't a Christian. I do believe that homosexuality is a sin, and I pray that you will realize this, but I'm not going to judge you.
And yes, Christ did say to let the sinless cast the first stone. I fully agree with that. He didn't condemn, even though He was sinless, therefore we shouldn't either.

My personal favorite is, first remove the rafter from your own eye before removing the straw in someone else's eye.
I am not your judge and you are not mine. It is not up to me to declare that God has given anyone over to the Devil. For if I do declare that, am I not in fact sinning. Sin is sin. There is not lesser or greater degree of sin. They are all lumped together. God hates the liar as much as the murderer. He can read each of our hearts and knows our motives.
Unfortunately, some Christians, or at least those who claim to be, believe it is their duty as a Christian to denounce the person and not the sin. They will have to answer to God for that.
So, in a nutshell, yes it is wrong for Christians to say that you are the devil or any combination thereof. They are not your judge.

No, it is not right for anyone to be self-righteous and judge you for your sins or for being homosexual. If it is not out of Love, it is not from God.
Realize though that many of us Christians are so because we are such sinners and hypocrites ourselves. Why go to a hospital if you're not sick? So we don't share in your particular sins, why would that make us better than you? Christians are genrally a motley bunch, especially the holier-than-thou grumpy judgemental ones. But God still loves all us silly people.
As for homosexuality, as a Catholic, I do not believe Homosexuality itself is a sin, but sex outside of the confines of marriage is a sin. (what makes a marriage is another question, but I'm sure you are familiar with the Catholic position on that one.) Basically, then, only those who do not have heterosexual sex outside of marriage, jerk off to porn, or jerk off at all for that matter... can cast a stone at a sexually active homosexual. And if they do, they have other problems to take care of.
Christianity is a messy group of folks and, in my book, you are welcome. Yeah, if you are having sex outside of marriage then that's sin regardless of which gender or orifice is in play. But God's Mercy is much bigger than human judgement. And you are no better or worse than any of us so-called Holy People.

Yes, Jesus did say that, and yes, being a Christian means believing in Jesus and that fact that he died for our sins. I am a Christian and I would not tell you that you are the devil or anything like that. However, homosexuality is spoken out against in the Bible and is not typically considered part of the Christian lifestyle.

No, it's not.
I'm a Christian. I'm not going to debate whether or not homosexuality is a "sin", but let's presume that your typical Christian DOES think it's a sin. Even so, in their perception, Christians are taught to "hate the sin and love the sinner."
Telling someone they're the devil, or that the devil is in them, or anything like that, is extremely UN-Christian.
You are correct. Jesus said "Let him amongst you who is without sin cast the first stone." I won't be throwing any at you.
My God calls me to treat others with unconditional love and unconditional respect. I hope my fellow Christians will join me in doing so.

To a person who is repentant it is right to forgive and not cast stones. Remember Christ told the woman to go and sin no more. To those who will not repent, that's when a Christian makes a whip from a cord and chases them out of the temple knocking over the tables and instruments of their sin. Don't come to us with the, "you are a christian you are suppose to forgive" attitude , if you have no intention of repenting.. Jim

You're obviously looking for attention, even if it's negative, by suggesting Christians think you're of the devil, and rockin red horns in your avatar? Get a grip. Either you're very young and immature, OR you just WANT to validate your intolerance or attitude towards Christians by provoking negative interaction.
That's like me telling a passenger in my car "People always say I am a bad driver!! I drive really well..." While I wear a blind fold and smash into a pole.
Look at yourself, before judging others!
Be blessed as you continue to seek the Lord.

I do believe homosexuality is a sin, but you're most certainly NOT a devil because of your beliefs. I think you've been misled and I'll pray for you, but I'm not going to talk down to you or tell you how terrible you are. I try not to judge others whether they share my beliefs or not.
I think you should pray hard about it, and let the Lord guide you. Ignore the people who are cruel to you. I don't share your beliefs, but no one deserves to be picked on.
God bless!
