You need some veggies also! Grill some corn on the cob:
Take the corn cobs and sprinkle them with butter, pepper, and some salt. Then wrap each one in some aluminum foil and grill... Delicious!
Also try some veggie shish kabobs:
Cut up some peppers (try sweet peppers which Taste GREAT if you don't like reg spicy peppers), some onion pieces, so broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, or any other veggies you love, and put them on the skewers and grilled!
Grilled veggies are one of my fav ways to prepare them..the charcoal grill taste along with the flavor of the veggies can't be beat!

Cole Slaw is one of my favorites!! Here are two different recipes that I use.
2 lbs of pre-shredded cole slaw mix
2 granny smith apples cored & diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup bottled Ranch dressing
Mix mayonnaise & dressing together and pour over slaw mix & diced apples, toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Mix well before serving. This is a sweeter cole slaw.
2 lbs pre-shredded cole slaw mix
1/2 medium purple onion finely diced
3 medium dill pickles diced
1-2 cups of cole slaw dressing
Mix everything together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stir well before serving. This is a tangy cole slaw.
Baked Beans
3 cans pork n beans (drain 2 cans. leave 3rd can with juice)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 maple syrup
2 Tlbs worchestershire sauce
3 Tlbs dried onion flakes
1 tsp mustard (I prefer brown spicy mustard)
1 tsp red pepper (if you like)
4 slices of bacon
In large bowl mix everything but the beans and bacon, when it is all incorporated together add the beans and mix. Pour into casserole and lay the bacon on top. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour.

Greek / green salad is always good. Cheesy garlic bread (use Italian flatbread). Roasted vegetables are always popular.
Baked bean salad:
Empty can into dish. Slice in 1 or 2 bananas add chopped peppers and use yoghurt as a "dressing". Mix well. Ta-ra
