Primo : I'm pretty sure it was a collaborative effort. Most of the Beatles' music was credited to Lennon-McCartney.

Aminah : It's called "The End". It's the next-to-last song on their 'Abbey Road' album.

It sounds nice, I guess its the same as "you ever get out what you put in".

Sadly, it dosn't always work that way.

Some poor dudes put so much in, but get nothing back.

that's kind of a convoluted idea, taking love equaling making love. How it works is the amount of love you feel is determined by you, by your thoughts. If you think loving thoughts then you will act lovingly and others will respond in kind. Same for whatever kind of thinking you do.
