A combination of calcium, magnesium, and potassium is supposed to be helpful for restless leg syndrome. But always check with your doctor before adding ANY supplements to your daily routine (especially potassium). Some vitamins and supplements can actually be harmful to you if the dosage is too high.

First of all you're TOO young to make that diagnosis unless some quack with a bogus medical degree gave it to you. I think RLS is ANOTHER medical scam for big pharma to make more $$! Sorry. Bad Answer. I need points.

At your age I think a good multivitamin with minerals, a good diet and exercise should solve the problem. Also make sure you take plenty of fluids and a good sleep.

at 13, I very much doubt that rls is the problem, more likely it is hyperactivity disorder....have you seen a doctor?
