i know its normal but is there a way to get rid of it without going on the tip of my toes

if you stretch out properly right after exercising, yes, you stretch AFTER not before, then you should not have those issues. If you do, then it is because you need to replace lost electrolytes in your blood, try taking calcium citrate.

You're overdoing the exercise invloving your calves. If your body complains a lot, something was done incorrectly or far too much.

You're question could be described better, and identify the exercise you have been doing that includes your lower leg.
