about two months ago my left eye was itching. there was a little rash on my upper eyelid near the corner of my inner left eye. i woke up one day last week and that rash grew into a bump. well its not quite like a bump but it looks swollen and it is starting to weigh down my lids. the next few days i noticed that the rash is starting to peel a little bit.

is it a stye? how do i get rid of it? or should i seek a doctor?

here what my lids look like...

Yes styes itch. In looking at your picture I can see several areas which indicate styes but I also see areas which look like allergic reactions. If you have changed eye make-up, tried a new soap, anything different, you may be having topical dermatitis issues which could then lead to a stye(s).
OR you have an infection (stye) which is affecting the surrounding area. I have had the doctor order twice daily washing of the area with warm water and baby shampoo to keep it clean and curtail bacteria. I would only give it a few days before I went to the doctor. Infections that close to the eye always make me VERY CAREFUL.

If you mean "red eye" I had that sometimes when I was a kid.I remember some itching and some soreness.Thats about it.Usually lasts 3-4 days from what I can remember.Just dont touch it and leave it alone.Dr may have some cream to put on it.

Yes, usually itching means something is healing, but as it only came up today I would be surprised if it was healed already, Bathe your eye with warm water and hopefully it will clear up in the next couple of days...............

These ma sound crazy but a used tea bag makes them go away. just place it on your eye for about 5 mins. It may sting alittle but its a good thing it should be gone in a few days.
