Ummm, yeah, he wants something else. :) I don't know about stalker, but the guy evidentally has developed feelings for you from before you ever went out. You said you work together; maybe he has a serious crush or something. If the NOW bothered you, tell him not to be so pushy. It definitely doesn't sound like a nice gesture; but his intentions may be different than your interpretation.

I suspect it is a nice gesture. However, stalking behavior is obsessive/compulsive behavior and surfaces early. Although nothing is one size fits all, this behavior will show itself early in a relationship. Ones instinct in these things should always be trusted. We tend to want to be “fair” based on culture, logic, our rational thought, but this kind of behavior is not rational. My advice is trust your instincts more than your sense of fair play. If something seems weird, it usually is. If a relationship feels wrong it usually is and is better severed early before it is established.

I dont think its stalker behavior. Maybe a nice gesture. He wants to make you feel good, let you know that you are wanted and to make you feel important. Its normal!

I wouldnt take it badly. Sounds like he is just into you. Give it a little more time and see what it actually is.
He was probably just trying to let u know how much he misses you, just used a bad choice of words.
Dont back off just yet. See how the next couple dates go andthen determine what the deal is.
Good luck hun.

It sounds like a nice gesture. Let him know that you don't want things to move too fast, that it makes you uncomfortable. He should respect your feelings, if he pressures you, you will know that you need to re-think your situation with him, otherwise, sounds like he is just trying to be nice.

By overanalyzine the situation you take all the fun out of romance. No wonder men don't know what in hell to do as everything or anything they do is seen to be wrong. Beer and a TV remote don't give you a headache.

My be the choice of the word "now" was not the best word he could have chosen and it really could mean that he misses you and would like to be with you now! In my opinion i would ask him exactly what he was meaning on the message he sent with the beautifully flowers. No not stalker, but "besotted" "In love"more like it!!
