I hate to dampen your squib, but these are claims that every modern day self proclaimed prophet has made.
And since a being named God didn't say it, but instead living men who claim to be speaking with God's words or voice, how can anyone believe any of them?
At the time of Muhammed, there were 20 other Prophets going about their business. Since him, there have been thousands, many with great books, that often say very similar things to his, and most of the writers never met any of the Islamic faith to copy from.
Which would you have me believe. Give me proof, not a demand to have faith in the writings of a man or men.

Is the Quran a book inspired by God? I know one verse that wasn't changed in the Bible. It is the verse about the fifth trumpet sounded in revelations. It talks about Locust / Scorpion / Demons which ascend from the abyss. This happend dutrring the first Gulf War when Sadam Husain had the oil wells lit on fire. The fruit was fitting, A mans greed and lust for power so great he would have destroyed the earth and heaven above to get control over it. That is how you know his fruit. His fruit was the same fruit as the Devils when he tried to take control of heaven, his greed and lust for power so great he would have destroyed heaven and earth to gain control over it. Try reading the truth you may learn somthing. To Prophet.!

Because of what Jesus said before He went back up to Heaven.
Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray.
Matthew 24:24 For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand. 26 So, if they say to you, 'Look, he is in the wilderness,' do not go out. If they say, 'Look, he is in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather. 29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made...14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
1 John 4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,

If you say the Bible was altered they you say God could not preserve His Word. The Quran never claims to replace the Bible or that the Bible was corrupted. Whoever told you this is a bad Muslim.

Salaam!
We should express ourselves and our beliefs without criticism of the beliefs of our Christian and Jewish brothers and sisters--the People of the Book, or better said, the People of an Earlier Revelation. An attack of them is a sign of arrogance on our part, I believe, although it is fine for us to believe ours is a superior creed--they believe theirs is superior, as well.
We have to be a living example of the beauty of Islam and of life as humble servants of Allah. And because of our example, insha'Allah, perhaps people will (eventually) inquire about the Qur'an and hadith with a more open heart and open mind. But this won't happen if we make personal attacks on believers of other faiths.

Because Muhammed was not a prophet.
Mohammedanism was a heresy, not a new religion: That is the essential point to grasp before going any further. It was not a pagan contrast with the Church; it was a perversion of Christian doctrine. Its vitality and endurance soon gave it the appearance of a new religion, but those who were contemporary with its rise saw it for what it was—not a denial but an adaptation and a misuse of the Christian thing.

Muhammed was a self-professed prophet. In this, he was his own witness.
What did he prophesy?
What we see in him if one is willing to look honestly, is a man who used religion as a means of gain and conquest.
This man "married" a pre-pubescent girl. Today, we would call him a pedophile.
And your disparaging comments regarding the Bible are ridiculous.

Thankfully the gift of the prophet hasn't ended. So long as people keep acting stupid... they will need to hear from prophets and a very merciful God will keep sending them.
Have you noticed humanity NOT acting stupid lately?

I believe that Joseph Smith came long after the proohent Mohammad.
And just because he was the last one does not mean that he is the authoritative one. In general, the first prophet would be the authoritative one, while all of the others who came later decline iin authority.
