hey, no offense meant, but how old are you? because if you're real young, i don't see any reason for you to grind yourself just to lose weight, because you'll still have lots more room for growth. however, what you must avoid, in that case, is gaining weight. just keep yourself in good shape, practice a healthy diet, exercise, get your sleep, and perhaps play some sports, you'll be fine. :)

Just cut out the junk food and exercise more. It's very easy to lose weight when you are young...a LOT easier than when you are older, believe me!!

depends how old u r i sugest to for walks about 3 times a day for 1 hr - 1 hr 30 min
it tones ur bum, arms, stomach, legs and back
