First of all, when I was a young girl I was very sick. My skin was yellow, my eyes and stomach pouched out, my bones and body always hurt, we had no food and I was malnourished. My eyes were always mattered up and I always coughed and out of breath.
I almost died and was very afraid so even we had no money I went to the hospital. Doctor told me I had rheumatic heart disease and a hole in my heart. Doctor said I have only 50/50 chance to live. She gave me prescription but we could not buy because we have no money.
Since I had accepted Christ as my Savior one year before this (when I was 18) we prayed for God to heal me. That was when I was 19 and we prayed for me everyday. I sometimes wondered what would be my future in this life, I was sick and I thought no one could love me.
But in 2004 a Pastor from the U.S. moved here to the Philippines. We had met through a friend on the Internet since he was coming here for Ministry and we became friends.
We worked together in the Ministry and we started to date, then he asked me to marry him and I told him I was sick. He laid hands on my head and prayed for me.
Took me to the doctor the next day and the doctor was surprised because the hole in my heart was healed. The doctor gave me prescription so now I take my medication and doing better but still have to be careful.
We have been married for 3 years and live in the Philippines with our own Ministry.
My Husband is Pastor Roy (Magwawali) here on R/S
God is Good all the time and all the time God is Good.

Well, to put it very simply, Jesus has stood by me and loved me even when I have been unlovable and/or have outright rejected Him.
When I was in college, I got on a whole rebellion thing--against parents, God, everything I had been raised with--and started practicing witchcraft. I told Jesus to go jump in a lake, basically, and said I didn't want anything to do with a God who looked down on me because I was a woman (1 Corinthians 11--that was my interpretation). Well, a few years later, I was feeling convicted over my choices, and went to a Christian Education conference. There was a worship service there with communion, and as the pastor was explaining the significance of the sacrament, I finally fully understood it for the first time. I felt strongly that Jesus was calling me back to Him and wanted me to go into ministry. I rededicated my life to Christ and started seminary a couple years down the line.
It's still very humbling to think that Christ wanted me back after the way I treated Him during those years. That's what He has done for me.

There is something to Christianity because since I have given my life to Christ over the years He has done amazing things in my life and in the lives of my family and Christian friends. He saved my daughter from what should have been a fatal car accident. She was hit head on by a drunk driver. The police told me when we were waiting with her in the emergency room that he can't believe anyone lived through it and wait until I see her car. When I saw it I couldn't believe it. There was virtually nothing left of the front end of her car. And God saved my best friend's son from death, too. He got drunk one night and put a 22 gun barrel in his mouth and pulled the trigger. After weeks in intensive care, he not only lived but suffered no brain damage! The doctors told my friend that it was a miracle, that there was no way even if he was an expert marksman that he could've manuevered the bullet to miss every major vein, artery and brain tissue in his head. I could go on but those are the most spectacular of my testamonies. He has done so much for us, if we are patient, He will prove in our lives that He is real and we will see Him guiding and protecting us. That's why it pains me when people say He is evil or isn't real.

Jesus paid the price in full for my adoption into the family of GOD. The relationship I have with GOD through Jesus is most fulfilling experience I can imagine on this planet.

God bless you as he has myself. With answers to my questions, mostly through aligned speech and T.V. etc., He answers my thoughts and the answers seem to show themselves through my surroundings.
