It's hard to say "why" I have "faith," since quite honestly faith is at its core is at least a bit irrational. That doesn't make it wrong to have faith, necessarily. It just means you can't always explain it (that's why it's called "faith" and not "logic). But I'll try...
In additional to personal experiences confirming my faith, I guess I'd say the most rational/logical explaination as to why I have faith because I can't comprehend how the universe could exist unless someone/something greater than the universe (i.e., supernatural) started it. I'm fine with evolution and science and everything, but something bigger must have started it all... a First Cause, if you will.

Something that is 'created' has a Creator, morever when we look at the Heavens and the Earth, and even our ownselves, and think deep, we realise how beautiful is the design that exists in the Universe and also in us.
I am a Muslim, and Islam does not require blind faith, and that's why I have faith in the Quran, that it is from God, the God of Adam, Noah, Jesus, Muhammed. The Quran reasons and explains it's reader that how there would have been contrations and flaws in it if it would have been from other than God.
Infact there is not a single fact in the Quran that conflicts the modern day science(you can refer to the book Quran and Modern Day Science, compatible or incompatible' http://www.irf.net/book3.zip)

because when you think about it, the sky, the earth, the water, the air , the human being and even your mind they are supernatural things no one can create any of these things except god.
look at yourself, god create you in the best way, look at your body systems .......
god creat you able to do everything why you can't thank him why you can't faith in him!?
